Returns & Exchanges

7-day exchange policy

We are happy to offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed and unaltered
• In their original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Free from stains, makeup, perfume or any signs of wear
• In the original packaging

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size or item is unavailable, we will assist you in selecting an alternative item of equal value.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or store credit.

Damaged or incorrect items

For items received damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, so we can resolve the issue.

Exclusions

Sale, clearance, customised and altered items are not eligible for exchange, except where the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.
