Mobos began in 2001 as a place to find the pieces you could not find anywhere else in Lagos. For years that meant buying well: travelling, sourcing, editing hard.
In 2015 the house started making its own. VR is the result: the label where Mobos speaks in its own voice.
Made to be kept
The idea behind VR is not newness for its own sake. It is the opposite: pieces cut and finished to survive a decade of wearing. Things a daughter might one day ask to borrow.
Every release is small. When a colour sells through, it rarely comes back.
